Fleet register
Vehicles, trailers, documents and service intervals in one record, with expiry dates that chase you instead of the other way round.
CargoFlow replaces the WhatsApp groups, paper waybills and spreadsheets your operation runs on today. Dispatch a trip, watch it move, prove it landed — and tell your customer the truth about when it arrives.

The platform
From the moment a load is accepted to the moment it is signed for, everything lives in the same record — so nobody has to reconcile three versions of the truth.
Vehicles, trailers, documents and service intervals in one record, with expiry dates that chase you instead of the other way round.
Positions stream in over SSE and land on the map in seconds — from a telematics box or the driver's phone.
Sequence multi-drop runs, account for border posts and weighbridges, and get an ETA your customer can plan around.
Signature, photo and QR scan captured at the gate, queued offline and synced the moment the driver gets signal.
Cost per kilometre, utilisation, on-time rate and idle time, split by lane, vehicle and driver.
Detention, route deviation, long stops and missed ETAs surface as they happen, not at month end.
Operations
Five surfaces, one record. Dispatchers, drivers and finance see the same trip from the angle that matters to them.
Fleet management
Every vehicle carries its papers, its service history and its running cost. When a roadworthiness certificate is three weeks from expiry, the register tells you — before a checkpoint does.

Cargo tracking
Positions arrive over a live stream and attach to the shipment, so a customer asking "where is my cargo" gets an answer from the same data your dispatcher is looking at.

Dispatch and operations
A board that shows what is unassigned, what is rolling and what is stuck. Assign a driver and vehicle, and the trip is on their phone before they leave the yard.

Licences, endorsements and trip history per driver, and an app that keeps working through the dead zones between towns.

Roles and access
CargoFlow is multi-tenant from the first row of the database. Every record belongs to an organisation, and every action is checked against a role before it runs.
Full control of the workspace, billing and who can do what.
Build trips, assign drivers, chase exceptions.
See only their own trips, capture proof, work offline.
Read-only access for finance, customers and auditors.
Inside the console
Dispatchers do not have time to hunt. The board leads with what is late, what is unassigned and what needs a decision right now.

Integrations
Bring your own tracking hardware, keep your accounting system, and let CargoFlow be the operational layer between them.
Ingest positions from installed GPS hardware over a documented HTTP endpoint.
Maps and geocoding that work in places commercial basemaps have not surveyed.
Transactional notifications to customers and drivers on delivery events.
Scheduled CSV and webhook exports into the ledger you already run.
Proof-of-delivery photos and documents stored with signed, expiring links.
A typed API for the parts of your operation that need to talk to CargoFlow.
Security and compliance
Your lanes, your rates and your customers' addresses are competitive information. CargoFlow treats them that way.
Every domain row carries an organisation id, and every query is scoped in one place. There is no code path that reads another tenant's data.
Five roles, one central access-control map, and a permission check on every mutation before it touches the database.
Who changed what, from which address, and when. Audit rows are append-only and exportable for your compliance reviews.
Email verification, two-factor authentication with backup codes, trusted-device support and social sign-in.
From the road
“We used to find out a truck was stuck at the border when the driver's airtime ran out. Now the delay shows on the board an hour before anyone would have called.”
Adaeze Nwosu
Operations lead, Sahel Haulage
“Proof of delivery used to take four days to reach the office as paper. It reaches us before the truck does now, and invoicing moved with it.”
Kofi Mensah
Finance manager, Volta Logistics
“Our drivers were the hardest sell. The app works with no signal, so they stopped fighting it in the first week.”
Wanjiru Kamau
Fleet controller, Rift Valley Cargo
Pricing
Your dispatchers, finance team and customers should all be looking at the same board. Charging for that would be the wrong incentive.
$0
for your first 3 vehicles
Enough to run a small fleet properly, with nothing switched off.
$14
per vehicle, per month
For carriers running scheduled lanes who need the numbers to hold up.

Questions
Still deciding? Create a free workspace and put one real trip through it — that answers more than a demo call.
No. CargoFlow accepts positions from the driver's phone out of the box, and from installed telematics units over a documented endpoint. Most fleets start with phones and add hardware to the long-haul units later.
The driver app is offline-first. Trip updates, photos and signatures are captured locally and queued, then synced in order as soon as the device reconnects. Nothing is lost between towns.
Yes. Each shipment can expose a public tracking link that shows status, current position and ETA without the recipient needing an account. You control which shipments have one.
Every record in the system carries an organisation id, and that scoping is enforced in a single place on the server rather than repeated per feature. Roles are checked on every write, and every write is recorded in an immutable audit log.
Yes — vehicles, drivers and customers can be imported from CSV during onboarding, and the same endpoints are available over the API for ongoing sync.
Anywhere with mobile data coverage. Maps and geocoding use OpenStreetMap, which is well surveyed across the routes most African carriers run, and the app is built to stay usable on 2G.
Create a workspace, add a vehicle and a driver, and dispatch a real load. You will know inside a day whether it fits how you work.
